Ladders is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager I & I for a remote US-based role. The position focuses on improving patient access by educating providers on payer landscapes, coverage policies, and enrollment processes, while coordinating with patient access programs to ensure compliant reimbursement pathways.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in pharma reimbursement, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager I & I Cincinnati to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on improving patient access by partnering with healthcare providers and office staff on reimbursement education, coverage support, and access pathways. You will serve as a key field resource for payer landscape guidance, specialty drug reimbursement, and enrollment support within a highly regulated environment. The position also requires strong cross-functional coordination with patient access programs and compliance-minded execution in support of informed prescribing and prescription follow-through.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $139,100 – $231,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with healthcare providers to support patient access to products
