• 5+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting with full life cycle experience.
• Experience across diversity recruiting, research or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex recruiting strategies and initiatives, even in ambiguous situations.
• Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and best practices.
• Partner with Sourcers to build effective passive sourcing strategies.
• Manage the candidate experience from prep to close.
• Conduct onsite interviews and debriefs, negotiate offers.
• Monitor vacancies, pipeline, funnel, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Provide oversight of interviewer pool and adjust as needed.
• Write recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and tracking.
• Utilize market data to guide business needs and opportunities.
• Report insights on metrics and status to stakeholders.
• Manage special recruiting projects and initiatives.
