Amazon is seeking a Sr. Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) to collaborate with Sourcers and Hiring Managers, shaping talent attraction strategies and closing searches against tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate or search firm recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition including diversity recruiting.
• Experience building and utilizing sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex recruitment strategies and initiatives, which can be ambiguous.
• Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and set expectations for participation and best practices.
• Partner with Sourcers to build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies.
• Manage the candidate experience from prep to close.
• Participate in prebriefs, onsite interviews and debriefs.
• Ability to effectively conduct, negotiate and close complex offers in competitive markets.
• Monitor vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, and quality of hire.
• Provide oversight of the interviewer pool and coordinate with Hiring Managers.
• Write effective recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and tracking processes.
• Utilize market data and trends to guide business needs.
• Report insights to stakeholders on metrics and performance.
• Utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and problem solve.
• Manage special projects/recruiting initiatives.
