You will collaborate with Sourcers to develop sourcing channels, partner with hiring managers, and drive talent strategies to meet tight deadlines across multiple regions, including Seattle, Santa Clara, and regional hubs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting with full lifecycle experience.
• Experience across TA functions, ideally diversity recruiting, research or analytics.
• Experience building and using diverse sourcing plans and proactive research.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute complex recruiting strategies in ambiguous environments.
• Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and best practices.
• Partner with Sourcers to build passive candidate sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate experience from prep to close.
• Conduct interviews, debriefs and close offers in competitive markets.
• Monitor vacancies, pipeline, time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Provide oversight of interviewer pool and engage Hiring Managers.
• Develop recruiting plans with timelines and tracking.
• Use market data to guide talent acquisition strategy.
• Report insights on metrics and performance indicators.
