Work directly with engaged hiring managers and HR professionals.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Overseeing 10+ active requisitions at a time, ensuring a high standard of candidate quality.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Creating and refining job descriptions and candidate profiles to attract top talent.
Building and maintaining pipelines of engineering and technical professionals through proactive sourcing.
Utilizing industry-leading sourcing tools and recruiting platforms to identify both passive and active candidates.
Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
Maintaining accurate candidate records in ATS platforms and collaborating with HR on job creation and offer processes.
Have proven experience recruiting for technical positions within industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technology (must have).
Possess strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Are able to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and can report onsite on Day 1 (no exceptions).
