Job summary

Bayside Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical/Life Sciences Recruiter to source and screen candidates for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients in the United States. You will conduct phone or video interviews to assess skills, history, and salary expectations, and manage a robust candidate pipeline.

You will build long-term relationships with professionals and clients, leverage networks and ATS tools, and continuously improve submittal metrics while delivering excellent candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing experience recruiting within the Clinical/Life Science industry.
• Positions of all levels in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Clinical.
• Must have passion for building a career in recruiting and client partnerships.
• Ability to network, cold-call, and build candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and review candidates using boolean searches, job boards, social networks, and ATS.

• Meet and exceed weekly submittal and interview metrics.

Job description

As a Senior Clinical/Life Sciences Recruiter your responsibilities will include:

• Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates through boolean searches, external job boards, social networking, and applicant tracking system.
• Interview prospective candidates via phone/video to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements.
• Develop, manage, and maintain a candidate matrix to ensure a strong proactive pipeline of qualified Creative talent.
• Identify qualified candidates to fulfill client job orders while maintaining on-going contact with professionals currently on assignment providing customer service and long-term partnerships.
• Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to ensure great long-term candidate/customer experience
• Generate leads and provide market intelligence to account management team to assist in relationship building and new client development.
• Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed weekly recruitment submittal/interview metrics.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of staffing experience recruiting within the Clinical/Life Science industry

(Positions of all levels in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Clinical) is required

• Must have passion for building a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills.
• Experience in networking and building candidate relationships.
