Responsibilities

• Own a functional area across a large portfolio of cost centers, focusing on either tenant recoveries or cash.
• Prepare accurate journal entries and reconciliations independently, and support property tax and G&A accounting for the division.
• Partner with property management, lease administration, AR, and construction accounting, and develop and deliver training for property management teams.
• Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and new tools and reporting, while supporting teammates during peak periods.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
