Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Job Details
We are looking for a great Property Accountant to join our team! The ideal candidate will come with:

• 3+ years of Property Accounting experience (ideally commercial real estate)
• Familiarity with CAM recs + handling accounting for a set # of properties
• Real estate ERPs -- Yardi, MRI, etc. is preferred
• Degree in Accounting is preferred
• Ability to work hybrid in our office (3 days a week)
