Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain accurate property-level accounting records.
- Manage general ledger activity, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review rent rolls, tenant ledgers, and lease abstracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee CAM reconciliations, billings, and daily AP/AR functions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and audit/tax requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 4–7+ years of commercial property accounting experience.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
