Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to lead field execution of large-scale data center construction projects. This role oversees on-site operations to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality from groundbreaking through turnover.

You will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and design partners, lead weekly coordination meetings, manage schedules and costs, and drive successful project delivery with a focus on high-profile mission-critical facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction superintendent experience on mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading projects valued at $50M+ with ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades.
• Prior data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling (CPM), quality control, safety, and cost management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.

• Resolve field issues while coordinating RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, and design changes.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Partner with project management teams to control costs and maintain project profitability.
• Oversee commissioning activities, punch lists, system turnover, and project closeout.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
