• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on Data Center or Mission Critical Facility projects.
• Demonstrated history of managing on-site construction, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate with project teams to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Construction Superintendent specializing in Data Centers and Mission Critical Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of construction quality and workmanship throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience as Superintendent on multiple projects constructing Data Centers or Mission Critical Facilities.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and completing similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required with significant relevant experience.
