Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited in the United States is expanding its data center presence and seeks a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent to lead on-site delivery of complex data center construction projects for major clients.

You will oversee field execution, manage schedules, safety, and quality, and have the chance to relocate or travel across projects and regions as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in construction with strong tenure
• Recent data center project experience with major clients
• Experience as the overall lead Superintendent
• Open to relocation and/or travel across projects/regions

The multi-billion dollar international construction company is expanding their data center presence in the DFW market and looking for a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent to help win and deliver some of the region's most significant upcoming pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site delivery of data center construction projects from a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent capacity
• Oversee overall field execution, coordinating across trades and disciplines rather than a single scope
• Manage schedule, quality, and safety across assigned projects
• Provide strong, visible leadership on site as the overall lead Superintendent

Required Skills/Qualifications

• 15-20 years of progressive construction industry experience with strong tenure history
• Recent, hands-on data center project experience with major clients
• Background with a General Contractor preferred; MEP subcontractor background considered
• Experience as the overall lead Superintendent, not a single-trade or assistant-level role
• Open to relocation and/or travel across projects and regions
