Position Overview
A respected civil engineering consulting firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Land and Site Development for its Raleigh, NC, office. This nationwide firm provides comprehensive civil engineering, planning, surveying, and environmental services for public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams in developing plans and specifications for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential, and other land development projects, including paving, grading, drainage, water, and sewer design.
• Conduct drainage design and perform ICPR modeling.
• Manage project permitting with local and state regulatory bodies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing client relations and project expectations.
• Oversee project management, including reporting and client invoicing.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in computer-based hydrology and hydraulic modeling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with land/site development design and project management.
• Familiarity with local design standards and permitting processes.
• Background in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or multi-family projects; experience with government or municipal projects is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
