  5. Manage controlled sites, options, and land leases across the project development portfolio

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 6-10+ years of experience in Real Estate, Land Development, or Land Acquisition supporting energy infrastructure projects
  2. Experience supporting real estate development initiatives in renewable energy projects
  3. Solid understanding of land title issues, mineral rights, and project development permitting process
  4. Strong background in land negotiations and commercial real estate transactions
  5. Expertise in site lease, purchase options, land permitting, purchase agreements, and site control initiatives

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Law Degree / JD (Juris Doctor)
  2. Working knowledge of utility-scale renewables, transmission, and battery storage space
