We're helping a top-tier civil engineering team find a Senior Project Manager – Land Development to oversee commercial, residential, mixed-use, and multi-family projects from concept to completion. What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll guide both the strategy and the details, including:

• Leading design and production of plans and specifications for site development projects (commercial, residential, mixed-use, multi-family).
• Managing key infrastructure components such as:
  • Paving.
  • Grading.
  • Drainage.
  • Water and sanitary sewer systems.
• Performing drainage design and ICPR modeling.
• Navigating local and state permitting processes.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients.
• Managing project reporting and client invoicing.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting overall project delivery.
• Contributing to a culture of collaboration and high-quality work.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Arizona.
• 10+ years of land/site development experience.
• Strong technical skills with hydrology and hydraulic modeling.
• Proven experience managing commercial, residential, mixed-use, and multi-family projects.
• Local design and permitting expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with municipal and government agencies (a plus).
• Collaborative mindset with strong leadership skills.
