United Site Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with initiative owners, business leaders, and execution teams to ensure milestones, risks, interdependencies, and governance are proactively managed.
The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong governance discipline, and experience with PMO or enterprise strategy.

The Senior Project Manager drives the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives to enable enterprise-wide outcomes. This role partners with initiative owners, business leaders, and execution teams to ensure project structures, milestones, risks, and interdependencies are proactively managed and transparently reported. Through disciplined execution practices and stakeholder alignment, the Senior Project Manager ensures initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with sustained impact.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum 4 Year / bachelor’s degree
in Project Management, Business Administration,
Information Technology, or a related field. Or a
combination of relevant experience and education.
Preferred PMP, or equivalent certification, Agile, SAFe, or
other delivery certifications

of project management experience, with a track
record of leading large-scale, cross-functional
initiatives or supporting enterprise programs.
Experience in a PMO, enterprise
strategy/execution or similarly dynamic, matrixed
environment is highly preferred.
All full-time employees working an average of 30 hours or more per week are eligible for the following benefits:
$105,600.00 – $158,400.00 / year
At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
