United Site Services is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate planning and execution across customer projects. You will manage scheduling, resources, and site logistics while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires on-site work, travel within the region, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. A 2-year degree or technical training plus related experience is preferred.

  • Track materials, equipment, or service needs for projects and coordinate availability with appropriate teams.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates, progress summaries, and post-project documentation.
  • Support issue resolution by coordinating resources and facilitating communication across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety requirements, and customer or jobsite expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Primary Purpose

The Project Manager supports projects from planning through completion by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, organizing activities, and supporting project teams. This role ensures work is delivered on time, meets customer expectations, and follows company standards and safety protocols. The Project Manager serves as the main liaison between customers, internal teams, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary Range

$77,400.00 - $112,200.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
