Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and milestone tracking across workstreams
• Drive execution toward Phase 1 go-live, coordinating dependencies across data, product, and operational workstreams
• Manage vendor engagement and oversee data collection, validation, and ingestion processes
• Lead data quality and validation efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment across multiple data sources
• Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across program spend
• Serve as the primary liaison across stakeholders, including Global Real Estate, local office teams, and technical squads
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting materials for sponsors, leadership, and governance forums
• Support transition to steady-state operating model and contribute to Phase 2 roadmap and enhancements

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join a top global consulting company. This company delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The Sr. PM will be the delivery lead across a global real estate program, responsible for managing technical delivery, coordinating engagement strategy with local offices, as well as vendor engagement and delivery, driving quality assurance, and ensuring stakeholder alignment at leadership level.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated delivery of global and complex, multi-stakeholder data or technology programs
• Strong track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships, including preparation and delivery of executive-level governance materials (SteerCo, sponsor decks, ABRs, QBRs)
• Proven ability to manage program budgets, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
• Experience coordinating data collection, validation, and ingestion workstreams, ideally in a corporate real estate, facilities, or data operations context
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; comfortable operating across global, cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams); ability to produce high-quality slide decks independently
• Experience in corporate real estate, Global Real Estate (GRE) functions, workplace strategy, or facilities data management
• Familiar with space management data / floor plan data (coordination and review, not modelling)
• Experience working with vendors such as JLL or CBRE on real estate data or workplace strategy programs
• Exposure to data platform technologies (e.g. Snowflake) and BI/dashboard tools in a program management context
