Job summary

The candidate will develop and implement projects based on regulatory requirements including asbestos, mold, etc., conduct detailed analysis of environment, health & safety policies, and write scopes of work; oversee vendors and participate in training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years multi-family leadership experience; exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive, proactive customer interactions to make their Irvine Company experience of the highest quality.
• Develops and implements projects based on regulatory requirements including but not limited to asbestos, mold., etc.
• Conducts detailed analysis of environment health & safety policies/processes, revising as needed, to meet regulatory requirements as well as to identify efficiencies.
• Writes scopes of work
• Ensure property utilization and oversight of vendors.
• Participate in development of training modules for maintenance service teams

Position Summary:

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
