Portfolio Strategy and Resource Alignment:

• Drive portfolio planning and resource allocation across TLS to align support with complexity, risk, and team capacity.
• Maintain visibility into demand, capacity, and dependencies, recommending staffing and optimization actions.

Team Leadership and Capability Development:

• Provide direct leadership, performance management, and coaching for a team of Project Managers.
• Develop capabilities through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and fostering accountability.

Delivery Governance and Continuous Improvement:

• Establish scalable project management standards, tools, and governance practices.
• Monitor project health and risks, intervening early and delivering portfolio-level reporting.

Customer and Leadership Partnership:

• Build trusted relationships with VA stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-project dependencies and leverage lessons learned.
