Salary ranges from $170,000 to $225,000 per year with up to 30% total bonus and full company-paid benefits, including a vehicle. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of electrical utilities and safety standards.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects (commercial & data center) from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the installation of electrical utilities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
