Leoforce is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager in the United States for mid-level responsibilities overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of PM experience in construction, with strong budgeting, contract management, and safety knowledge. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

  • Budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling, and electrical utilities.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may impact the project timeline or budget.
