Job summary

Jobot in San Diego is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8+ years leading underground utility and water infrastructure projects in a self-perform setting. You will drive project delivery, mentor other PMs, and cultivate client and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ yrs managing underground utility installation or water infrastructure construction
• Dynamic leader with ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and respond to urgent operational needs
• Pipeline, sewer and/or water treatment project experience is a MUST

This is your opportunity to lead from the front, mentoring Project Managers, influencing strategy, and strengthening relationships with owners and engineers, while contributing directly to the success of projects that make a lasting impact. Our ideal candidate will have 8-15 years experience managing water infrastructure and underground projects in a self-perform setting. Pipeline, sewer and/or water treatment project experience is a MUST.
