Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water infrastructure and underground projects in a self-perform setting. The role mentors Project Managers, shapes strategy, and strengthens relationships with owners and engineers to deliver high-impact projects.

Ideal candidates have 8-15 years of pipeline, sewer, or water treatment project experience and a track record of driving schedules, budgets, and profitability.

• Dynamic leader with ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and respond to urgent operational needs.

This is your opportunity to lead from the front, mentoring Project Managers, influencing strategy, and strengthening relationships with owners and engineers, while contributing directly to the success of projects that make a lasting impact. Our ideal candidate will have 8-15 years experience managing water infrastructure and underground projects in a self-perform setting. Pipeline, sewer and/or water treatment project experience is a MUST.
