**Scope of Position** Provides high-level administrative support to an assigned executive leader within The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Under the direction of the Administrator and Administrative Directors, this position coordinates executive calendars, communications, meetings, and administrative operations. The Executive Administrative Assistant collaborates with stakeholders across multiple departments and hospitals, requiring strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. The position also supports senior leaders on matters requiring a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality, while overseeing office-related needs such as facilities coordination and supply management. **Position Summary** The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and manage day-to-day activities, travel arrangements, calendars, and projects supporting the Administrator and Administrative Directors, as assigned. The role involves interaction with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as members of the public. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating materials for meetings, tracking and following up on multiple requests, drafting and composing correspondence and reports, taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, making reservations and travel arrangements, ordering supplies and food, and performing other duties as assigned.
