Employbridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial interior construction projects in Chicago from preconstruction through closeout.

This leadership role emphasizes building client relationships, managing budgets and schedules, mentoring teams, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in CM/Architecture or related field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial interior construction project management experience.
• Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and risk management.
• Proven success managing client relationships and delivering profitable projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
