Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Manage and mentor assistant project managers, superintendents, and field staff to ensure team alignment and performance.
• Identify and implement value engineering, constructability solutions, and process improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
