You will bridge on-site construction with project management leadership and take ownership of key project administration tasks on large-scale, technically complex projects. This role offers a direct path to a Project Manager role and welcomes candidates with 2-3 years in commercial construction, strong drawing and PM fundamentals, and proficiency with Procore and Building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant construction project experience is typical.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project administration from pre-construction to closeout.
• Lead project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Help prepare and maintain project status reports for stakeholders.
