Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Procore and Building Connected.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project administration from pre-construction to closeout.
• Lead project documentation (RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes).
• Maintain project status reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in project budget tracking and labor productivity.
