Job summary

CSI Companies is seeking a Senior Healthcare Program Manager to lead a HelloCare AI implementation for a major healthcare client. The role requires cross-functional leadership across IT, operations, facilities, and clinical teams.

The position is remote with onsite 1–2 times per month, offering executive visibility and enterprise-wide program oversight through multiple workstreams, including planning, risk management, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Program Management experience leading complex healthcare IT implementations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence.
• East Coast / Eastern Time Zone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional resources.
• Provide consolidated program reporting and executive-level visibility.
• Partner directly with C-suite stakeholders and executive steering committee.
• Coordinate with the existing Facilities PM responsible for physical installation and renovation activities.
• Lead or directly manage individual workstreams as needed.
• Support go-live, operational readiness, stabilization, and post-go-live activities.

Location: Outside of Washington DC

Type: Remote with onsite work 1-2 times per month

• Ability to be onsite approximately 1–4 times per month, with additional onsite support as needed.
