Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses, including project planning, execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis, and mitigation plan development. Analyzes project requirements and supports business/financial/acquisition management. Requires experience in complex programs, work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development, technical performance measurement, portfolio management governance, and budget formulation. Experience with UAS Certificates of Authorization archiving is desired.
The international division of the UAS integration Office monitors, collects, analyzes, and provides data regarding international UAS activities to support cross-Agency decision-making. Acts as the primary liaison to international partners, fostering relationships with aviation authorities and industry stakeholders globally.
Master’s Degree in a related technical or management discipline and 5 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.
Location: 470 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, DC 20024. Clearance: SF-85P completed onsite by FAA. Salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. Applications accepted continuously. COVID policy: No vaccination requirement, follow customer site policies.
