Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company, is seeking a Full-Time Sr Production Specialist on the 2nd shift in Walton, IN. You will participate in refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storage of propane cylinders, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Punctual, dependable and reliable

Responsibilities

• Operates Carousel Filling operation and manual or forklift filling as needed
• DOT training for 20-pound cylinder requirements - RIN certification
• Operates Evacuation system to remove liquid and vapor for re-valving and shot blasting
• Trained in cylinder valve replacement
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on work station
• Follows OSHA standards and company safety rules and policies at all times
• Maintains supplies, equipment, and uniforms issued by the Company and keeps the workplace clean and organized
• Performs duties in all types of weather
• Communicates escalated issues with supervisor
• Maintains accurate time card and paperwork as required
• Checks for quality assurance
• Acts as forklift backup when needed
• Some positions may require lifting 35 pounds repeatedly in all weather

Blue Rhino is seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Sr Production Specialist to join our hardworking and safety-focused team. Our Sr Production Specialist plays a key role in our production process. They operate in a team-based environment to ensure quality, and safe and efficient, refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storage of propane cylinders. Every cylinder is cleaned, leak-tested, inspected, and then delivered to tens of thousands of convenience stores nationwide.

Schedule: 6:00- 4:30pm

Pay: $20.50 per hour

• Performs assigned duties in all types of weather.
• Communicates escalated issues with supervisor.
• Maintains accurate time card and paperwork as required.
• Checks for quality assurance.
• Acts as forklift backup when needed.
• Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and other safety, environmental, and governmental standards preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
