Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas brand, is hiring a Full-Time Production Specialist in Leesburg, FL. The role is hands-on, outdoors, with lift requirements and a strong safety focus. Pay starts at Production Specialist I level and advances to II and Senior levels based on performance, with benefits like health coverage and retirement options.

Schedule is 5:00pm - 3:30am. Requires a HS diploma and US work eligibility; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual, dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to understand basic technical instructions, written and verbal.
• U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Move and inspect cylinders on conveyor belt, remove sleeves, and peel labels.
• Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Operate paint line, load cylinders, apply paint bag, and unload.
• Run Shot Blast, Tare weight entry, Capper, and Stacker operations.
• Check for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Perform refurb operations and stack finished product.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance.
• May need to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly in all weather.

Pay

With consistent learning and strong performance, you can quickly advance from Level I to Level II and up to Senior Level. Below is the pay scale that shows your opportunity for growth:

• Production Specialist I $ 18.50
• Production Specialist II $ 19.50
• Sr Production Specialist $ 20.50

Responsibilities

• Performs Washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyer belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
• Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
• Completes Paint Line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
• Operates Shot Blast, Tare weight entry station, Capper (data code label), and Stacker (palletizing).
• Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
• Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
• Stacks finished product.
• Checks for quality assurance.
• Some positions may require the ability to lift 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and in all weather conditions

Qualifications

• Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
• Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Ability to work overtime, as required
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
