Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, operations, or related leadership programs.
• Healthcare payer/vendor integration/contracting experience within healthcare.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for field-facing and stakeholder-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the integration portfolio and ensure visibility with evolving vendors and business needs.
• Lead intake of new vendors, guiding cross-functional evaluation from feasibility to readiness.
• Craft field communications and provide guidance on integration models and plan sponsor nuances.
• Coordinate production issue resolution and ensure clear ownership across teams.
