Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience to define product strategy and deliver intuitive, rewarding shopping experiences across web and mobile. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, AI, Analytics, and other teams to bring ideas to life and optimize the end-to-end journey.

Ideal candidates combine customer empathy with business acumen and analytical rigor to balance near-term delivery with long-term strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or digital consumer products.
Proven track record delivering strategy through execution with measurable outcomes.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence partners across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering, UX, Merchandising, Marketing to ship high-impact features.
Define and execute a two-year product strategy for customer-facing domains.
Drive continuous A/B testing and experimentation to optimize the buying flow.
Conduct rigorous data analysis, usability testing and customer research.
Lead post-discovery flows to reduce drop-off and boost customer lifetime value.
Lead agile sprint cycles delivering quick UX improvements while ensuring scalable foundations.
Communicate product vision, roadmap priority and insights to leadership.
