The RealReal is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Customer Experience to define product strategy and deliver intuitive, rewarded shopping experiences across web and mobile. This role partners with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, AI, Analytics, and other teams to drive engagement, conversion, and customer value.

You'll own strategy and roadmaps, balance near-term execution with long-term vision, and rely on data and customer insights to inform decisions while leading high-impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce or digital consumer products.
• Proven track record from strategy through execution delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and experiments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing partners.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Ship high-impact features with cross-functional teams.
• Define and execute a two-year product strategy for customer bottom-of-funnel domains.
• Run continuous A/B testing and experimentation to optimize the buying flow.
• Conduct data analysis, usability testing, and customer research to identify friction points.
• Lead agile sprints delivering UX improvements while maintaining a scalable transactional foundation.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and insights to executives and partners.
