You will own clinician‑facing tools to surface AI context, support clinical decision‑making, and fit into workflows that are already overloaded, collaborating with engineers, ML, clinical, design, and partner‑facing teams. This role blends product leadership with safety reviews, requiring strong communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping software; at least one end‑to‑end product.
• Experience with AI/ML‑powered products; understanding model behavior as a product surface.
• Strong analytical fluency; able to pull and define metrics from data.
• Exceptional written communication; capable of aligning without excessive meetings.
• Comfort operating in regulated, high‑stakes environments.
• Client‑facing experience with external stakeholders at partner health systems.

Responsibilities

• Own clinician‑facing products that surface AI context and support decisions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end encounter workflow from AI context to documentation.
• Define trust and explainability mechanics and clinician overrides.
• Reduce clinical workload by minimizing clicks and documentation burden.
• Collaborate with practicing physicians and health system partners to validate workflows.
• Partner with clinical leadership on safety review and escalation protocol.
• Work with engineering and ML teams to translate trust requirements into product behavior.
