Job summary

CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change organization seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI‑powered analytics for clinician support. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to translate clinical data and AI/ML insights into production products that improve care delivery and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have strong product management skills, ML/AI literacy, and experience guiding end‑to‑end product lifecycles in healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross‑functional work with ML Eng/DS.
• 2+ years Product Management or adjacent experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, or clinical/claims data.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong written and oral communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering products through full lifecycle and QA practices.
• Ability to drive results in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
• Support Engineering and DS teams to implement features and clarify requirements.
• Facilitate prioritization and trade‑offs across teams for speed, scalability, accuracy, quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Work with clinicians/operations to quantify business value and problem statements.
• Validate model results with clinicians and refine accordingly.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics and ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executive stakeholders.
• Lead and guide a dedicated scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
