Job summary

You will own the PatientGPT roadmap, coordinate with engineering, ML, and clinical teams, and ensure product experiences meet clinical safety requirements across web and mobile.

You will analyze funnel data, define metrics, and drive decisions to improve patient trust and outcomes in regulated health environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or B2B2C software.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products; understand model behavior as a product surface.
• Strong analytical fluency; define metrics and analyze data independently.
• Exceptional written communication that aligns stakeholders without excessive meetings.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and end-to-end patient journey for PatientGPT across web and mobile.
• Define AI-driven conversation behaviors, escalation, and trust-building.
• Partner with clinical, design, and ML teams to translate safety requirements into experiences.
• Use conversational data and funnel analytics to identify where patients get stuck or lost.
