• Strong analytical fluency and ability to define metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and end-to-end patient journey for PatientGPT across web and mobile.
• Define AI-driven conversations, how it explains itself, escalation, and trust-building.
• Partner with clinical, design, and ML teams to translate safety requirements into product experiences.
• Use conversation data and analytics to identify friction points in the patient journey.
