Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization to lead AI-powered analytics products for clinicians. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to bring AI/ML capabilities from inception to production, shaping how clinicians access decision-support insights.

The role requires strong product management, ML familiarity, and experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years' experience working cross‑functionally with ML Engineering and Data Science.
• 2+ years' Product Management or related experience.
• 2+ years with AI, data analytics, data products, or clinical/claims analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
• Support engineering and data science to implement features by clarifying requirements and facilitating discussions.
• Prioritize across teams, balancing speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value and problem statements.
• Validate model results with clinicians and facilitate refinement.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to drive ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead and guide a dedicated scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
