CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered analytics for clinicians within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization. You will lead cross‑functional teams of data scientists and engineers, translate clinical problems into product requirements, and define go‑to‑production plans with a focus on value and ROI.

The role emphasizes ML‑driven insights, MLOps familiarity, and strong collaboration with clinicians and operations to deliver impactful healthcare

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience in roles related to product management or consulting.
• 3+ years cross-functionally with ML engineering and data science teams.
• 2+ years in product management, or closely partnered with data scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, and detailed specs for data science, engineering, and leadership.
• Clarify requirements and facilitate technical discussions with cross‑functional teams.
• Define data SLAs, interface contracts, and go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Align business value with clinicians and operators and quantify ROI for solutions.
• Lead agile practices and guide a scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
