Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and commercialization of AI-powered capabilities across our platform and healthcare payer solutions.

You will bridge product strategy, customer needs, UX, engineering, and AI innovation, delivering AI-enabled products from concept to production for enterprise SaaS clients in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience developing or managing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or LLM-based products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience defining product requirements and driving products from ideation through launch.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for an AI-powered platform assistant that enables users to build applications using natural language prompts.
• Create intuitive experiences that allow users to generate portals, dashboards, workflows, and other platform components through conversational interfaces.
• Partner with engineering teams to leverage LLMs and generative AI technologies to accelerate application development.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept through production release.
• Validate, prioritize, and refine AI-driven capabilities and platform commands.
• Establish testing, evaluation, and release processes to ensure high-quality AI experiences.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance of AI-powered features and products.
• Lead product strategy for AI-enabled payer solutions, including member engagement and customer experience products.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, member satisfaction, and operational outcomes through AI.

This role will be at the forefront of applying Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and intelligent agents to transform how customers build applications, automate workflows, and engage with members.

As our AI Product Manager, you will bridge product strategy, customer needs, user experience, engineering execution, and AI innovation. You will work closely with engineering, platform, and business stakeholders to bring AI-powered products from concept to production.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the roadmap for an AI-powered platform assistant that enables users to build applications using natural language prompts.

Manage AI Product Delivery

Define the Future of AI Agents

• Develop product strategies that enable customers to create, deploy, and manage their own AI agents.
• Define requirements, governance models, workflows, and user experiences for agent creation and management.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and translate technical capabilities into scalable product offerings.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience developing or managing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or LLM-based products.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience defining product requirements and driving products from ideation through launch.

Preferred

• Experience with generative AI platforms, copilots, assistants, or conversational interfaces.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, and model-driven product design.
• Healthcare, health plan, payer, or customer experience domain expertise.
• Experience building AI-powered workflow automation or intelligent agent solutions.
• Technical background in software development, computer science, data science, or related fields.
