Position Overview

Lead the development of AI‑powered healthcare technology solutions that transform how providers, staff, and patients interact with critical healthcare systems.

Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience within SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or related technology environments.
• Experience leading AI‑enabled, machine learning, generative AI or workflow automation product initiatives.
• Proven track record bringing new products or major features from concept through launch and adoption.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI‑assisted workflows, automation tools, or emerging AI technologies.
• Experience working closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience evaluating market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to guide product strategy.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
