Job summary

Intersoft Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead AI-powered SaaS products in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to shape strategy, deliver customer-centric solutions, and drive growth. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, driving AI/Generative AI initiatives, and setting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 concepts to large-scale adoption.
• Proven AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and RAG expertise.
• Experience building B2B/B2C or enterprise products.
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Agile/Scrum experience and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Drive AI initiatives including LLMs, RAG, and automation solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth.
• Translate needs into PRDs, user stories, and specs.
• Collaborate with Eng and Design to deliver scalable SaaS products.
• Set success metrics, KPIs, and experimentation plans.
• Partner with GTM teams on pricing, packaging, positioning, and launches.
• Influence executives with data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor PMs and promote best practices across PM processes.
• Align cross-functional priorities balancing customer, tech, and business needs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative AI-powered SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and scaling enterprise software, leading cross-functional teams, and driving measurable business outcomes across B2B and B2C platforms.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to define product strategy, deliver customer-centric solutions, and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, planning, development, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Drive AI and Generative AI initiatives including LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
• Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS products.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and experimentation strategies using A/B testing and analytics.
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to develop pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategies.
• Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven product recommendations and strategic planning.
• Mentor Product Managers and promote best practices across product management processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience managing products from concept (0-to-1) through large-scale adoption.
• Strong experience with AI/ML products, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience building products for B2B, B2C, or enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and experimentation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Security, Healthcare, FinTech, or Enterprise Software domains.
• Experience leading pricing strategy and monetization initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model evaluation.
• Hands-on understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architecture.
• Experience working with executive leadership in high-growth technology organizations.
