Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product for Third Party Vendor Integrations to lead strategy, governance, and execution across the vendor integration portfolio.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing, and field teams to evaluate opportunities and define the right integration approach. The role requires strategic ownership, strong cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable integration plans and field

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, operations, or equivalent leadership programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or healthcare domains.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Identify rules of the road, requirements, and operational considerations for vendor models.
• Determine setup strategy for new integrations with dependencies across pricing, claims, and billing.
• Translate business needs into clear integration recommendations and execution direction.
• Own and maintain the integration portfolio and ensure visibility across vendors and products.
• Serve as single point of contact for Sales for new vendors seeking integration.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to move opportunities from intake through recommendations and readiness.
• Craft field communications and provide guidance on integration models and plan sponsor nuances.
• Lead cross-functional production issue resolution related to vendor integrations.
