Job Title - Sr Process Engineer

Job Description -

• Create and release Work Instructions
• Process Flow and optimization
• Cross functional collaboration and communication
• Technical / analytical skills (e.g., computer skills, Minitab, CAD, statistical tools, modeling)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provide technical and engineering support in a new product manufacturing area.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and yields for new products.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process and technology target specifications.
• Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure process and design compatibility.
• Develop and conduct statistical analyses or recommend documentation updates. Lead innovation, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, including scouting, feasibility, material selection, process and equipment selection, tooling, installation, and assessment.
• Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and ensure compliance with regulations.
