Job Title - Sr Process Engineer

Job Description -

This role requires a candidate with strong technical skills in process creation, flow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The engineer will support new product manufacturing, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Process Flow and optimization

  • Technical / analytical skills (computer skills, Minitab, CAD, statistical tools, modeling)

Responsibilities include:

  • Recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Integrating equipment and material capabilities to meet specifications.
  • Reviewing product development requirements for compatibility and cost-effectiveness.

  • Developing and conducting statistical analyses; leading innovations in manufacturing processes.
