You will partner with SoC architects, engineers, and suppliers to manage specs, KPIs, dependencies, and risks. The role emphasizes end‑to‑end program management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of hardware processes within a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven Technical Program Management experience spanning silicon/SoC development.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience aligning architecture, engineering, software, validation and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment for complex SoC architecture programs from inception to tape-out.
• Coordinate stakeholders across hardware, software, product, operations, safety, security, quality, and suppliers.
• Translate goals into executable plans, milestones, and schedules; manage risks and dependencies.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting for program metrics like milestone progress and KPI validation.
• Lead planning meetings, spec reviews, and leadership updates; ensure alignment with roadmaps.
