Job summary

Omni Design Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive planning and execution of complex semiconductor IP and SoC development programs.

The role requires hands-on IC design experience and a track record of silicon tapeouts, with collaboration across Analog, Digital, Layout, and cross-functional teams. You will lead from concept through silicon release, manage schedules and risks, and partner with engineering leaders to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• 3+ years of Technical Program Management in semiconductor development programs.
• Hands-on IC design experience and experience delivering silicon tapeouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional semiconductor development programs from architecture and planning through silicon release.
• Schedule, coordinate, and track resources, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate design reviews across Analog, Digital, Verification, Layout, and CAD teams; manage reviews with leadership.
• Drive regular program reviews with engineering leadership and executives; maintain clear status and decisions.
• Identify technical and schedule risks early; define practical mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering managers to balance priorities, staffing, and deliverables.
• Develop productive relationships with partners and global teams, distributed across time zones.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for program commitments.
• Improve project execution processes, planning methods, and program tracking metrics.
• Support adoption of project management tools like Jira, Structure, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 8+ years semiconductor industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IC design experience including a tapeout
• 3+ years of TPM/Engineering PM experience in semiconductor programs
• Strong understanding of full semiconductor development lifecycle
